Club H2P

This is an exclusive programme where we will work with you to personalise a programme for you, based around your schedule.

It will include:

  • Personalised gym and football sessions 

  • Analysis giving you a better understanding of your position and your game. 

  • A focus on the psychological side with the to aim to train discipline, consistency and confidence. Through forming habits and challenges.

  •  24/7 access to the H2P team and other members of club H2P. Here you will be able to share your goals, thoughts and achievements during your football journey with us.

 

 

GYM programme

The gym is a vital part of football. You have to be physically conditioned to compete to the highest level. Our gym programme has been designed specifically for footballers.

It includes multiple sessions working on speed, power, strength, balance and injury prevention.

x5 gym-based sessions, mixture of upper body, lower body and full body workouts.

Football programme

This is where we help to hone your technical skills and movement. To do this, we have developed position specific programmes, so the training is relevant to where you play.

Your programme will provide you with essential tools (the basics) you need, in-game scenarios and football related fitness and movements.
